This afternoon we looked at the work of Henri Matisse, in particular his paper cut-outs.
We were inspired by the bright colours and simple designs. We let our scissors do the drawing and listened to some music to help inspire us. We talked about the colour wheel and complementary colours and how we could make our pictures more vibrant.
